By creating an account or using VaultAlts, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or 16 in the European Union) and that you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
VaultAlts is an unofficial fan-made companion app for World of Warcraft players. It tracks weekly progress, the Great Vault, Mythic+ runs, raid lockouts, PvP rating, and other publicly available character information from Blizzard's official API.
VaultAlts is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or specifically approved by Blizzard Entertainment.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at [email protected].
You agree NOT to: • Use the service to violate Blizzard's Terms of Service • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data • Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to abuse the service • Use the service for any illegal purpose
Premium subscriptions are billed via Apple App Store or Google Play at the price displayed at purchase. • Subscriptions auto-renew at the same price unless auto-renew is disabled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. • You can manage and cancel your subscription anytime via your store account settings (App Store → Subscriptions, or Google Play → Subscriptions). • Cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current period.
Refund requests are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play directly, not by VaultAlts: • Apple: Visit reportaproblem.apple.com — eligible for refunds within 14 days in EU/UK, varies by region elsewhere. • Google Play: Visit play.google.com → Order history → Request refund within 48 hours of purchase, or contact Google Play support.
If a payment was clearly made in error and the store denies the refund, contact us at [email protected] and we will review on a case-by-case basis.
Promo codes grant a fixed number of premium days when redeemed. Codes are non-transferable, may have usage limits and expiration dates, and are void where prohibited. Redeeming a code does not enroll you in a recurring subscription.
We strive to maintain high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without notice.
